My detailer of four years moved out to Kelowna and I had been driving around in a mess for two months because I could not face starting over with someone new. Booked Nova almost reluctantly. They turned up on time, worked around my street parking without a word of complaint, and the interior came back better than the guy I had been loyal to. Consider me a permanent client.

Booked the Standard Complete for my wife's Rogue before her parents came to stay. They arrived about twenty minutes behind the window, which is the only reason this is not five stars, though he did text ahead to tell me. Once he started he did not stop. The wheels are the part that got me. They look like they were swapped for new ones.

Nipped out for a coffee while they worked on the car in the office lot. I was gone maybe half an hour. Came back and walked straight past my own Civic, because I was looking for a grubby grey car and there was not one there. A coworker asked if I had traded it in. Best $190 I have spent on that thing since I bought it.

Two kids, one very fluffy dog, and a back seat I was genuinely embarrassed about. I added the pet hair removal assuming nothing could really fix it. They got almost all of it, there is still a little in the seat belt slots, but the rest of the car is unrecognisable. The goldfish crackers are gone. Every last one. I would book again tomorrow.
